Consumer Lawyer Craig Thor Kimmel co-founded one of the nation’s first lemon law and consumer advocacy firms, offering cost-free representation to more than 80,000 consumers since its inception.  Firm currently includes fifteen attorneys and a support staff of more than 30 paralegals and administrators.

In 2008, founded new division dedicated to stopping debt collection harassment, utilizing TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Action) and FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) . Within ten years, the firm has successfully assisted thousands of  consumers throughout the Country in securing recourse.
